The switch was delivered as ordered and nothing was wrong with it except its the wrong switch. My schematic was off, L-1-2, L-1-3 and L-2-3 but the switch was off, L-1, L-2, AND L-3. I got what I ordered but not what I needed.

Please note that the internal mechanism of the switch you purchased, as mentioned in the product description, is: OFF, L-1, L-2, L-3. If the internal mechanism of the switch you have is: OFF, L-1-2, L-1-3, and L-2-3, then the switch you purchased is not a compatible replacement
